CAN I BUY FOOD ONBOARD?

We will be selling a selection of snacks, freshly made sandwiches and Danny Scouse or Soup onboard for our longer cruises but you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic. There will also be hot and cold drinks to buy as well as a fully licensed bar. Due to licensing restrictions, you cannot bring your own alcohol onboard.

CAN I BRING A DOG?

Sorry dogs are not permitted on our cruises. We do of course, accept assistance dogs.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED?

Smoking is permitted on the aft deck only. Please consider other passengers in your vicinity if you do smoke.

IS THE CRUISE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Please remember that a cruise may last for a long duration which may make them not suitable for children and the cruises do not have any children’s activities. Please check the duration of your cruise to decide if you feel it is suitable

WHAT ARE THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SEATING?

We offer free seating on board, we are unable to reserve seats and seats are on a first come first served basis.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

For cruises on the Manchester Ship Canal and Weaver, The National Waterways Museum in Ellesemere Port have very kindly agreed that our passengers can park there free of charge. Please show your support by visiting the museum before or after your cruise

ARE THE VESSELS ACCESSIBLE?

Due to the age of the vessel access between decks and onboard facilities are via very steep stairs which some people will find very difficult to navigate.

HOW DO WE GET BACK?

Depending on the direction of travel, coaches will be provided to either return you to your starting point or pick you up before your cruise.

FOOTWEAR

Please ensure you wear suitable flat footwear and we recommend you wear warm layers which can be removed if we get a nice warm day!

CAN I GET A REFUND?

There are no refunds available on our cruises

CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET FOR ANOTHER DATE?

Tickets can be exchanged for a cruise on an alternative date up to 14 days before the date of the cruise (subject to availability).

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE LOST MY TICKET?

Sorry lost tickets or gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
