Mode Wheel Lock, Salford – National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port 28th July 2024

We are delighted to be taking Danny back on her old routes on the Manchester Ship Canal….  This 6 hour cruise takes in the scenery, both industrial and rural and we start it from within Mode Wheel Lock itself, and pass through Barton, Irlam and Latchford Locks as well as going under a variety of bridges and an aqueduct, to our disembarkation point at the National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port.    There are numerous places to park at Salford Quays and good public transport/tram links.  The nearest car park is Media City Multi-story car park.  At the end of your cruise our coach will be ready to take you back to Mode Wheel.
